Fancy a proper Sunday roast, a few drinks and some great company?

Join Social Lads for another relaxed and sociable Sunday afternoon in Birmingham as we head to Blacklock Birmingham for one of the city’s most talked-about Sunday roasts.

We’ll kick things off with drinks from 12 noon at The Alchemist on Colmore Row, giving everyone plenty of time to grab a drink, catch up with familiar faces and meet anyone joining us for the first time.

At 1pm, we’ll take the short stroll over to Blacklock Birmingham, overlooking Cathedral Square, where we’ll settle in for a proper Sunday lunch.

Blacklock takes Sundays seriously, with whole joints roasted over open coals and served with crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables and plenty of gravy. Choose from beef, lamb or pork, or go for their meat-free roast – and if you really can’t decide, there’s the All In, with a selection of beef, lamb and pork to share.

Expect good food, plenty of laughs, great conversation and a brilliant afternoon with the lads.

Whether you’re a Social Lads regular or thinking about coming along for the first time, you’ll be made to feel welcome. Lots of guys attend our events on their own, so don’t worry if you don’t already know anyone – that’s exactly what Social Lads is about.
