We know it can be daunting to attend an event for the first time, at SocialLads we make a special effort to look after all of our new members. Every activity has a host who will be aware that it is your first event. They will spend time introducing you to established members along with other SocialLads Virgins who may be attending for the first time too.
Every member has experienced their first event and know how you might be feeling and we make every effort to ensure your first time is a memorable and happy experience.
You will have access to the attendees list which will enable you to see others who have also secured a place. This will ensure you will be able to recognise some friendly faces on arrival.
Once you have signed up to any activity you will be able to see the designated meeting point and further details about the event.
We advise our members to choose an activity where interacting and talking to others (socials, walks, bowling etc.) for their first activity, rather than an event that will be spent with less talking, such as a cinema or theatrical activity, however the choice is always yours.
