If an urgent concern should arise concerning safety during an activity or whilst at an event please discuss these immediately with your host or a member of the locations staff.
For less urgent concerns please discuss these with your host whom, we trust, will be able to respond quickly and remedy the situation satisfactorily. If they are unable to do so they will escalate your concern or complaint accordingly.
